PARSEC Group's own On-Line System Manager (OSM) monitors your system for abnormal events. Once an abnormal event
is detected, OSM reports that to the system manager or to PARSEC Group for action. This eliminates the need for
a system manager to spend their time watching the system just to see if anything needs to be done. OSM is fully
configurable so the system manager can specify what is normal and what should be reported. OSM can be configured
to take corrective action for specific events.

Web Training Now Available
On July 19, 2004, PARSEC Group held its first OpenVMS open-enrollment class over the Internet. PARSEC is making all of its OpenVMS classes available to the public over the Internet. PARSEC continues to hold classes in a traditional classroom environment for those who learn better that way.
